Tennis & Pickleball Instruction

RZ Tennis offers private and group tennis and pickleball lessons for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re new to the game or an experienced player, contact Ron for the latest class information or to schedule private lessons.

Private lessons
Coach Ron offers tennis and pickleball lessons. Prices are based on $100 per hour and depend on skill level of player and frequency of lessons. Please call or text Ron at (818) 378-7339 for exact rate information. Lessons last 30 minutes to 1 hr.

Group lessons
Group lessons are offered year-round. As much as possible, classes are limited to eight players. Drills and games are taught. Lessons range in length from 1 to 2 hours.

Players are encouraged to register for the entire class in order to gain the most benefit from the instruction. Those who wish to “drop in” to selected classes may do so by making arrange­ments with Ron in advance.

Named by Glendale News-Press as Coach of the Year in 2014 and 2015, Ron is former Head Professional at Fremont Tennis Center, Glendale, CA (2000-2015). Ranked #1 (doubles) in Southern California (1997). USPTA licensed. Certified National Federation of High Schools (CIF) coach. Ron coached St. Francis High School tennis team for more than 20 years, and currently coaches Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy high school tennis team (since 1993).
